Sliding Track Gates
- The Coast's most-installed driveway gate type
- Runs along a ground track, retracting behind the fence line
- Locked motor acts as a solid brake; very difficult to force open manually
- High-torque motors specified for steep driveways and waterfront wind zones (e.g. Runaway Bay)
- Maximises usable driveway space, particularly on shorter blocks

- Two leaves swing inward, requiring open arc inside the property

Popular in renovated homes in Tugun and Kirra. These gates typically feature vertical white pickets with capping rails. We manufacture these from aluminium but powder coat them to look like timber. This gives you the classic aesthetic without the rotting or painting maintenance required by wood.
Louvred Privacy Gates
For canal-front living in Mermaid Waters or Helensvale, privacy is key, but so is airflow. A solid sheet metal gate acts like a sail in a storm and can burn out a motor in no time flat. Horizontal louvres are the answer. They are angled to block the view from the street but allow air to pass through. This reduces the wind load on the motor and hinges, extending the life of the system.
Vertical Slats
Modern homes often favour the clean lines of horizontal slat fencing. We can match the gate spacing exactly to your infill fencing for a seamless look. For a unique touch, we can insert aluminium slates panels, offering a balance between visibility and security.

Specified across architectural new builds in Reedy Creek, Robina, and the premium estates around Casuarina. Aluminium vertical battens from 50 mm to 200 mm profiles, powder coated with consistent gap spacing across the face. Engineered to take a future Centsys motor without rework.

Site Visit
We attend the property, measure the boundary, confirm height conditions against council requirements and walk through capping, colour and gate options.

Itemised Quote
A written, fixed-price quote covering panels, posts, capping, gates and colour. The price you sign is the price you pay.

Install & finish
Existing structures are removed where applicable, footings and fixings prepared to manufacturer specification and the product is installed and finished.

Hand Over
Walk-through, warranty paperwork and remotes or certifier coordination as needed.

Yes! Centsys motors take a 7Ah or 12Ah battery backup. Expect 20–50 operations during a full power outage, depending on gate weight.
Often, yes. We inspect the hinges, hardware and posts to check they’re sound enough to handle the mechanical load. If the structure needs strengthening we’ll quote that up front rather than discover it mid-install.
Automation itself doesn’t usually need approval, but a new gate, fence or driveway alteration on a main road frontage sometimes does. We flag it before quoting so nothing is a surprise.
As a rough guide: a residential sliding gate with a Centsys D5-Evo, two remotes and safety beams typically starts from $1,200 supplied and installed. Swing gates and double-swing setups vary. We always quote itemised, so you can see exactly what each part costs before you commit.
